Home Shopping Tips PDF Print E-mail

Write notes while previewing a home, so you will be able to discuss the notes later with your agent.  Consider the proximity of schools, shopping and transportation.  Ask specific questions about the construction of the home including the electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.  Note any objections or concerns you may have.

Relax and have fun.  Finding your new home can be a rewarding experience. Have a good time and enjoy the process.
